I first discovered BODi years ago – all I know was that a friend was having success after drinking a shake and doing workouts most days. I watched her have success and I knew I wanted to do it too. I got out of it for years but came back recently after starting back on the workouts and the shakes which have already helped me ditch the weight loss plateau.
